Nov26 2007 “Spanish Frills” Posted on November 26, 2007 by pgirl 2007 “Spanish Frills” The overlapping layers in this open rose remind me of a spanish dancing skirt so it has become known in my greenhouse as “Spanish Frills”.
Nov26 2007 “Rose Dahlia” Posted on November 26, 2007 by pgirl 2007 “Rose Dahlia” The petal layering on this miniature reminds me of a dahlia..
Nov26 2007 Pink #10 Posted on November 26, 2007 by pgirl 2007 Pink #10 I thought this rose might have potential as a miniature standard on it’s own roots. The bud colour and shape is very attractive.
Nov26 2007 “Orange Halo” Posted on November 26, 2007 by pgirl 2007 “Orange Halo” This tiny, fluffy minature has a pale cream centre and a touch of a salmon pink around the outer. From a distance this colour looks like an orange halo, hence the informal name. I think it is a very beautiful rose and I hope it grows on well.
Nov26 2007 “Hubba Bubba” Posted on November 26, 2007 by pgirl 2007 “Hubba Bubba” I have given this rose the informal name of “Hubba Bubba” because of its bubble gum shade of pink.
Nov26 2007 Pink #09 Posted on November 26, 2007 by pgirl 2007 Pink #09 I am very fond of this rose with its pointed petals and very full miniature bloom.
Nov26 2007 Pink #05 Posted on November 26, 2007 by pgirl 2007 Pink #05 Seeds taken from a carpet rose, the flower is very similar to the parent but more single than double.
